Prize is based on a minimum of 12 contestants, in the event of fewer than 12 contestants contest reserves the right to cancel contest for that month with immediate refund of entry fees Any Contestant(s )may enter as often as they like. Winning photos may not be re-entered By submission of entry the contestant /parent/guardian (if contestant  is under age 18) hereby agrees (1) All Judges decisions are final (2) Entry fees non refundable(3) Sender(s) of photo has sole ownership of the photo(s) submitted and does hereby grant permission for photo(s) to be used for contest advertisement on or off the internet. Images as seen on ITRT INTL have been greatly reduced in size for purpose of photo protection from image theft. Photos when judged are done so in the original  size and format originally received from entrants.
